Charleston Forge is a family owned and operated company which began in 1974 in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Initially it was a small retail fireplace and accessory shop including custom built, handmade wrought iron fire screens, wood baskets, log racks and pot racks. Very quickly Charleston Forge grew into a thriving business. In 1982 they began building furniture using the same natural elements of wood and iron, but added accents of brass, copper, and glass. Attentional to detail, detail, craftsmanship and materials make Charleston Forge furniture truly unique.
